We work directly with property managers as well as with boards, and each property is quoted in writing after a site walk so a board or a manager has a defined scope to approve.
Do commercial lighting projects need permits or inspection?
It depends on the municipality and the scope. Low-voltage 12V work is treated differently from the line-voltage supply and circuits feeding the transformers, and some townships also have outdoor lighting ordinances governing glare and light trespass at property lines. We confirm what the township requires before the work is scheduled rather than after.
Can the work happen without disrupting residents or business hours?
Yes — that is how commercial installs are planned. We phase the property into sections, agree the order and the hours with the manager or board up front, and keep trenching and staging confined to the section being worked so entrances, drives, and parking stay usable.
Do you offer maintenance or service agreements across several properties?
Yes. A maintenance agreement covers scheduled inspection, re-lamping, re-aiming as plantings grow, transformer service, and repair of damaged cable, and it can cover multiple properties under one manager so there is a single point of contact for the whole portfolio.
Do you install holiday lighting on commercial properties?
We do — see our holiday and Christmas lighting and Christmas light installation pages for how that service runs. On commercial properties it is booked earlier, phased the same way as a permanent install, and includes mid-season service and January takedown. We work from our Newtown Square base across the Main Line, Delaware County, and Chester County, PA.
